Findeva DAR-Series and R-Series
Pneumatic Roller Vibrators
About Findeva Roller Vibrators
Findeva DAR-Series Roller Vibrators are high amplitude - lower frequency but the R-Series are medium amplitude - high frequency. The DAR series has heavier rollers, which create more force, than the R-Series. The air goes in the inlet port and out the exhaust port, unlike the R-Series where the air exhausts through special high impact plastic endplates, designed with a built-in air silencer, which guarantees a silent, continuous and economic operation. The largest DAR-Series Roller Vibrator is capable of handling a load up to 22,610 pounds (10,256 kg) at 80 psi (5.5 bar). The largest R-Series Roller Vibrator is capable of handling a load up to 25,600 pounds (11,612 kg) at 80 psi (5.5 bar). Higher air pressures are allowable, but faster wear on the bronze end plates occur. Use multiple vibrators on a single hopper when the load is greater than 22,610 pounds (10,256 kg). For example, to restore flow to a hopper with 30,000 pounds (13,608 kg), use two DAR-Series Roller Vibrators. These vibrators are also used in concrete consolidation. For more information please see:
Advantages of Findeva Roller Vibrators
- Small, Lightweight - Super light aluminum housing. Baked enamel paint.
- Maintenance Free - No motor or bearings.
- More Efficient Design - Uses less air than other roller vibrators.
- Lower Frequency, Higher Amplitude Vibration.
- Vibration stops immediately after air pressure is cut off.
- Versatile - Easy to control force and frequency by adjusting air supply.
- Produces Uniform, Directional Flow.
- DAR-Series Features
- Precision iron roller rides on high tensile steel raceway and high impact special bronze end plates for longer life.
- More Efficient Design - Uses less air than other roller vibrators.
- Lower Frequency, Higher Amplitude Vibration.
- R-Series Features
- Steel alloy roller on cast iron raceway for longer life.
- High Impact Plastic End Plates - Contain multiple air exhaust ports. Design incorporates silencer plates (muffler), which also prevents contaminants from entering exhaust holes.
- Three Internal Inlet Jets - Provide continuous drive for the roller.
- High Frequency, Medium Amplitude Vibration.

Accessories
- Manual Valves - 2-way manual ball valve used to turn the vibrator on and off for normal operation.
- Solenoids - For remote or automated control, use 2-way normally closed solenoid valve to turn the vibrator on and off for normal operation.
- Airline Kits - Required for trouble-free operation and long life of roller vibrators. Includes airline filter, lubricator, and pressure regulator with gauge.
- Mufflers - Reduce noise and prevent contamination from entering exhaust port. Note: Use plastic NPT mufflers. They fit into the BSP ports better.
- Sirometer - Convenient, compact rpm meter for measuring vibrator speed.
